Bang for your buck

My complaints are things that the staff up front have no control over so this is not a negative mark on them at all. The ladies in the office are the nicest ones I've ever encountered and the maintenance crew are some of the most responsive I've ever dealt with. (Example: I came home from work one night and saw that my water heater had gone out and started leaking water all over my kitchen and it soaked into my carpet. I called maintenance and the guy in charge of them answered and told me to put towels down and he'll order the parts to be here tomorrow asap. I woke up the next morning to him already in the kitchen working on the thing and he told me the new water heater should be here that afternoon. I went to work at 3pm and got a call around 5pm from him stating that the job was completed and the carpet crew had begun clean up and install of new carpet). Back on topic here, I'll just be honest... I really don't feel like my unit is worth what they're asking for in corporate. My unit is smaller than 600 sq. Ft. I have a stove, fridge and microwave all from the 80s, it seems like. There's this annoying bookshelf pre installed on a wall in the living room that's an eye sore and my tub is one of those fake feeling plastic tubs that the resident before me didn't clean very well and now it has that permanent yellowish tint to it even after a heavy scrub. None of these would be complaints if my rent hadn't gone up $120 over the last 2 years. I started at $660/mo (which was perfect. You get what you pay for). But now my rent is $780/mo and I'll be honest... Nothing about my unit warrants an almost $800 price tag. It's small and severely outdated. Imo, I shouldn't be paying anymore than $700/mo for rent. My unit doesn't have the nice floors, my carpet is very outdated and worn, my appliances are all outdated and so is my tub. If that issue was addressed, I'd never want to leave. A friendly staff goes a long way and Woodchase definitely has that aspect perfected.

Great Location Without High Price Tag

I love this apartment complex. I love the high ceilings and fans in the rooms. I love the multiple pools that really are not necessary with the number of people who live here. Maintenance requests are handled within 4-5 working hours. Maintenance actually replaces broken parts rather than just repairing them. The grounds are kept up nicely, and there is usually enough parking. Online payment makes things easy, and the rent price here is cheaper than almost anywhere else in Bear Creek. There is a lot of noise from the highway and airport, but you get used to it. It could be closer to restaurants and such, but it's not too far either. Every once in a while I have to park really far out, but it's not so often that it is a problem. I've always felt like the office listened to me and my complaints and took them seriously. Come live here. You'll love it.

good place to be

i have been here for a bit. its in a nice neighbor. good location (half way between ft worth and dallas. somewhat peiceful ( no noisy neighbors) near by park. the place is keep clean (if not i wouldn't be here). management and staff reponds in a timely manner ( not many issues) overall a nice place to be

Love this place

I been living here for 3 years its very quite here pool are great and clean. Maintenance guy and office staff are great and friendly
